TRACY RUSSO-KEESEY
With an extensive career in insurance, Tracy brings an educated and enthusiastic perspective to solving the needs of retirement healthcare. She began her career at HTA in 1998, where she worked managing and recruiting agents in the world of health insurance. Throughout the years, she has grown to become a nationally recognized specialist and advocate for both Medicare and Long-Term Care education.
Education has always been paramount for Tracy. Financial Planning firms, Chamber of Commerce and NAIFA organizations, Elder Law firms, and Employer and Consumer groups have invited Tracy to be their expert guest speaker on the topics of Medicare & LTC Planning. Not only does she offer educational seminars for clients, she is a certified instructor for Continuing Education Credits for Advisors on Medicare and LTC.
Tracy’s knowledge of the marketplace and products is unparalleled in the industry. She has the capability of utilizing a number of different instruments when determining the best solution for each client’s goals, objectives and budgets.
The American Association for LTC Insurance ranked Tracy 8th in the Nation for Group/Multi Life LTC Sales in their 2012 Sourcebook. In Jan 2014, she was quoted as an expert LTCi resource in the Wall Street Journal’s online MarketWatch report and over 300 major print and broadcast national news services. In 2022, Tracy was the featured cover story in CIO Views Edition of Top 10 Most Inspiring People in Insurance for 2022.
Tracy earned her bachelor’s degree in Finance from West Chester University. She holds the Certificate in Long-Term Care (CLTC) designation and is President for the PA State Chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA).
Tracy, her husband, Joe, and their 3 boys reside in Elverson, PA.
