2-Mgmt responded but it was faster to figure things out on my own

Did you find MGMT helpful and contributed to some stress reduction?

1-Not really-they actually stressed me out more
2-I feel that there was a lot more they could have done to be helpful
3-I felt that they cared about my stress level and were helpful, but i was still stressed
4-I didnt need much help but was happy to know mgmt was there if i needed them
5-Mgmt was tremendously helpful and I really felt that they cared about my workload and stress level
