The staff at HTA wishes Harry and Debora well as they relax and enjoy their retirement. In addition, HTA has moved to a new, conveniently located office in Exton, PA and released their new Referral – Donation program.
Tracy Russo has been an asset of HTA since 1998 and is thrilled to step into her new role as President. “I am honored to be leading a company I have been very passionate about for the past 19 years. I want to continue to develop helpful and informative resources for Financial Advisors, Insurance Agents and Employers,” expresses the humbled new President. Denise Wolverson, Office Manager, puts it best, “HTA is the type of company that inspires you to give your best, without being asked. Tracy is strong, yet caring, as she makes extreme efforts in putting her employees first. She encourages you to flourish as well as considers your ideas to implement into the business as the company grows. Under Tracy’s leadership, we are all looking forward to an exciting future at HTA.” HTA is actively looking for new employees to add to the growing team.
If you have done business with HTA in the past, you know Tracy. She has been a prominent fixture in the company since 1998 and the public face of HTA since 2005. Russo has been a guest speaker at a number of professional organizations as well as a featured guest on “Your Future Your Finances.” The short videos are available to view on Youtube. “I had a chance to sit through a Medicare seminar lead by Tracy Russo. HTA’s Team Members are like walking encyclopedias regarding all of these senior care specialty issues. It is good to know that they all are there for us as our experts,” says Ronald Fisher, Financial Advisor, Bel Air, MD.
HTA also announced Nicole Kennedy (Marchand) and Kathleen Bretzel (Ferraro) have been promoted to key marketing roles within the corporation. Nicole Kennedy, Director of Relationship Management, has been a team member at HTA for 7 years and has been the Manager of Long Term Care Advisor Services Division for the past 2 years. Kathleen Bretzel, Director of Business Development, has been with HTA for 2 years and has proven to be instrumental in the growth of HTA’s Client Services Division.
HTA solves the No.1 concern with Medicare and Long Term Care Planning—Providing quality education and insurance solutions in a simplified, easy to understand format. HTA is well positioned to be a reliable and knowledgeable resource for Medicare and Long Term Care assistance for years to come.
Under Russo’s leadership, HTA will continue to grow the flagship Advisor Services Division. HTA will also look to extend their outreach of the Client Services Division that was created in 2014. This division provides Financial Advisors and Employers with a trusted resource for their client/employees retirement healthcare needs. Tai Courtemanche, an Associate Financial Representative in Rockville, MD is “Grateful for the obvious care HTA puts into helping the client. HTA seems to have put a great structure in place for communicating information to the client, as well as the Financial Advisor that they work with.” Ken Neeld, the Managing Partner of Continuum Group in Malvern, PA says, “Tracy, and the entire staff of HTA work hard to understand our goal to create best-in-class programs for seniors and their families. The Medicare Client Services Team is an invaluable resource for families and their advisors.”
New for 2017, HTA announced the Referral-Donation Program which utilizes the growing corporation to give back to the community. HTA now makes a donation for every Medicare Eligible Client Referral. HTA supports four causes: Brain Tumor, Multiple Sclerosis, Alzheimer’s, and Breast Cancer Research. These causes are very personal to the new President, Tracy Russo, the former Partners, Harry and Debora Tashjian, as well as many clients and their families that have been afflicted by these illnesses. “Since everyone has a different passion, we let our Advisors, Employers and Clients choose which of these causes they want to support when they refer a new client,” says Russo.
